Return Policy

There is a 20% restocking fee for the return of non-defective items. Products must be in there original package. Customer pays shipping charges. No exceptions.

Backorder Policy

We will inform you via emai if your order or any portion of it is on backorder within 24 hours.

Damaged Goods Policy

You will need to call us, or e-mail us at Support@Only-PepperSpray.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number.  The RMA # must be written on the outside of box. There must also be a note in the box explaining the problem. Returns received without a note will result in a longer processing time.
RETURNS THAT DO NOT HAVE RMA #’S ON THE LABEL WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO SENDER. ( See sample below.)
Once a return is received we will determine whether or not it is defective and then process your request.

Shipping Policies

Shipments are sent UPS ground. For 2nd or 3rd day there would be extra shipping charges. E-mail us at Support@Only-PepperSpray.com to inquire about these charges. We also offer free shipping on orders over $150.00.
